A loyalty card for locals and visitors to the Purbeck area.
The Swanage and District Chamber of Trade are launching their loyalty card and are inviting all businesses to participate in this scheme.
The object of the Purbeck Pass is to keep people spending in Swanage and Purbeck.
Customers can register for a card at the Swanage Information Centre, the cost is £5.00, and the card is valid for one year. This fee will cover admin and provide funds towards Swanage and Purbeck based projects, such as the Christmas lights.
We are suggesting for businesses to offer a discount or promotion to card holders. Businesses do not need to offer a year-round discount but rather what you can afford. Perhaps it is something to offer in the low season, to promote sales of a slow line/product or to introduce a new service.
The Purbeck Pass loyalty card will be available to purchase by residents and tourists alike. Hopefully there will be enough incentives in and around town to keep the locals and visitors spending here and at the same time people will become more aware of the diversity of Swanage and Purbeck businesses on their doorstep.
